Good size but service issues
Size is good, minimal cycles but there's enough. but the rubber seal broke after 3 weeks. LG insisted it wasn't covered by warranty, argued for multiple calls. They sent a technician after I told them id called ACCC. tried ringing the good guys after the claim was received but they didn't come back. The technician said it was a design issue with the rubber shape. Even then had to chase the LG service centre. I wouldn't buy this again despite its great size for the price, if this is the hassle you get after 3 weeks what are they going to do later (i purchased a 5 year warranty.

Disappointed to say the least.
This 14kg machine fits less washing than my previous 12kg top loader (different brand). Cycle is twice as long as my old machine. quite noisy when filling up and it stops and starts numerous times. Smells like burning rubber after spinning. I’d give it away if I found something worth replacing it with. Good guys gave it a lot of glory which I personally can’t understand, though these salespeople most likely haven’t tried anything they sell 🤷♀️.

Does the job
For a family of six with at least two loads of regular washing per day as well as weekly loads of bedding and towels this machine will get a workout. At 14kgs this machine is bigger than my last 10kg one but I am already regretting not going bigger again. I will just have to make do with extra loads. The worst thing about this machine is the length of cycles. With so much laundry quicker cycles would be preferred.

Quicker Wash Than The 10kg Model, But I Do not Like The New Dial Feature, Too Hard To Work Out, Prefer The Dial On The 10kg Model It Is More Straight Forward, I Am Not Tech Savvy That's The Problem. The LG Washing Machines Are Very Good Value I Would Not Have Anything Else. They Are Tough Long Lasting And Wash Very Well. That's Why I Give Them 5 Stars
