⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent washing machine and completely stress-free experience
I recently purchased the LG 12kg washing machine from The Good Guys and couldn’t be happier with both the machine and the overall experience. The price was very competitive, and I also opted for the Premium Gold Service, which made the whole process incredibly easy. The washing machine was delivered and professionally installed the very next day, and they also took away our old machine and rubbish which was a huge bonus. The machine itself has been fantastic. The 12kg capacity is perfect for a family, giving us plenty of room to wash larger loads without having to constantly run the machine. It means fewer frequent washes and, importantly, no more having to make trips to the laundromat when we have a large amount of washing! The washing performance has also been excellent so far. It feels like a significant upgrade, and having the larger capacity has made everyday laundry much easier. Overall, great value, excellent service and a fantastic washing machine. The quick delivery, installation and removal of the old machine made the entire experience genuinely stress-free. Very happy with the purchase and would definitely recommend The Good Guys and this LG washing machine.

Very disapointed
We purchased this machine as it was recommended by choice magazine. My son is a concreter and his work clothes require a heavy duty wash but we also require general and delicate washes. I believed that the preselected washes would be suitable for such washes but the water is too hot and the steam causes too much creasing in clothes that don't normally crease or require ironing. We are very disappointed. I will be calling to arrange someone to come out and help me choose the best settings to help this problem if possible.
