We love the Lg 9kg Series 3AI front load washer. Combining great technology and great options, this machine is one of the best! We haven’t had a washing machine that lets you know it is finished by singing, so what a lovely surprise to hear the lovely tune at the end of the cycle.

Very good washing machine - happy with purchase.
Purchased this to replace the old top loader that stopped working. Very happy with this new LG 9kg Series 3 AiDD front loader. The range of washing cycles is good, very intuitive to use, clothes have come out beautifully and the cycles are quick (mostly) The Eco Cotton made can spin out to over 2.5hrs, but the Quick 14 and AI wash modes are great. Was delivered with an issue - the rubber seal around the front door wasn’t seated properly, however a visit from an LG service man a couple of days later fixed the issue - the LG team were great to deal with on the phone and online. He advised it was the first time he had seen a door seal that was like that. Happy with the machine except for one thing - the machine is loud - a lot louder than my old top loader, especially during the spin cycle. Have to close doors to stop the would going through the whole house. If they could dampen the sound it would be perfect. Happily recommend this unit.

Excellent washing machine - very happy with purchase
Very happy with my purchase of the LG 9kg AiDD front loader. Good range of wash cycles, the clothes have come out beautifully and fairly intuitive to use. Was delivered with the main seal around the front opening not seated correctly, but was fixed quickly by the LG service man that came out within a couple of days. It was the first time he had seen it in his history of working for LG. Simple to use, but trying to find clear instructions on how to use liquid bleach in a wash cycle has been harder. The machine is definitely a lot louder than my previous Samsung top loader - surprisingly loud enough to have to close doors to block sound, especially during the spin cycle. The Eco Cotton cycle does run into the +2.5hr time range but the quick 15m cycle and the AI cycle are very handy.

This Lg washing machine is a good choice if you have medium sized cloth wash. Quieter than the one i had before. Ai feature available, and mostly in this setting it takes about 1 hr wash time.
