• Prepaid EFTPOS cards in store, however certain cards may also offer online checkout compatibility - check with the provider for more info
• Zip Pay & Zip Money BNPL programs in store and online
• PayPal and PayPal Pay in 4 BNPL program online only
• Afterpay BNPL program in store and online
• Latitude financing for up to 50 months of interest free payments (conditions apply, term may change at any time) in store and online

Unfortunately we cannot accept payment via:
• Bank transfer / wire transfer
• BPAY / Osko
• Bank cheque
• Cash/payment on delivery of goods
• Invoicing
• Cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin
• Money orders
• JB Hi-Fi or other competitors gift cards

"Absolutely not. The Good Guys will never ask you to pay with gift cards from other companies or platforms. This exclusion list includes Google Play Store, iTunes Cards, Apple Gift Cards, Uber / Uber Eats Credit and so on. The Good Guys will also never ask you to claim a free product by liking, commenting on or sharing a social media post, fill in a survey for a heavy discount or provide personal details unless strictly necessary to deliver an order. We also strictly follow privacy laws and will only contact you if you have given clear consent to be contacted for marketing purposes, or it is strictly necessary to facilitate delivering your order in store or to your home.
If you receive a suspicious message claiming to be from The Good Guys:
• Do not talk further with the contact or move the chat to an alternative chat platform like Telegram, WhatsApp, Signal or others
• Double check the email comes from an address @thegoodguys.com.au - be vigilant as scammers may change a character or two subtly e.g. @theg00dguys.com.au
• Do not open, download or click any attachment or link within the email/SMS
• Call us on 1300 942 765 or send us a message via our Contact Us page to confirm a text message or email is from us

Our entire website is encrypted under the https security standard to ensure all personal data stays within the site so 3rd parties cannot access it, and we make constant efforts to ensure your security is upheld at all times online. Payment details especially are covered by our partner Windcave for credit and debit cards under each individual card issuer: Mastercard Identity Check, Verified by VISA and American Express SafeKey. This means that even we do not store your card's details at any time before, during or after a transaction online. No part of our website can see this info, and it's included free of charge. Transactions through approved parties like PayPal, Afterpay and Zip Pay/Money are handled via their own leading payment encryption services. There's lots of ways online, in store and even over the phone to save hard earned money on the things you want and need with The Good Guys. We offer heaps of regular promotions and special deals online, including deals on Online Only products you can't get in store. The best way to save more online is our Price Beat program, simply look for selected products with a button saying ""Price Check"" and click the button. We compare our price with our competitors twice a day and almost always beat the best price we've found online!
You are welcome to ask our friendly staff in store about current promotions, offers, Hot Buys and more, match a competitors price or negotiate on a specific product's price. There are no restrictions which payment method you can use to get discounts unless clearly stated in the offer's terms and conditions.
