I love my LG heat pump dryer!! It has a range of drying modes, the AI feature is also amazing. It dries a good load of laundry within 2 hours and comes out ironed. It's very time efficient and convenient!.

Great dryer, below average customer service
The product itself is fantastic even though it came with a small yet crucial part missing. This heat pump dryer requires a back flow prevention rubber cap which directs water to either the inbuilt tank or sink through a pipe provided with the machine. This rubber cap was missing and we only realized after we flooded the underside of the dryer and floor of the laundry after a few uses. Even after multiple calls I failed to get through to the laundry section of the good guys and never got a call back. Now I had to either plan a day to go to good guys myself to get this sorted or buy the part online which I did and fixed the issue myself. Never had an issue with the dryer after that. Again, great dryer but terrible service from the store.

Excellent dryer with great efficiency
Very impressed with this LG 9kg Heat Pump Dryer so far. It’s quiet, energy efficient and dries clothes evenly without overheating them. The large 9kg capacity is perfect for bigger loads like bedding and towels, and the heat pump technology is much gentler on clothes compared to older dryers. The black finish looks modern and premium, and the controls are easy to use. I also noticed it produces less heat in the laundry room, which is a big plus. Overall, great performance and excellent value for a family household. Highly recommended.

Better than expected
We live in rentals and the heated dryer gives us the option of having this in any room safely placed. No humidity . Easy removed lint filter to clean , the water collection is just amazing and simple to empty. Easy to use digital buttons that are clear to read.
