Dishwasher machine came with no instructions. Understanding the detergent softener, manual (Auto dose setting) is not very good, that’s saying it nicely., it doesn’t feel like it’s using the fabric softener even when you try different settings

Some teething problems
I'm very happy with the washing machine now - except for one ongoing issue and there was another problem involving the initial set-up. The annoying feature is that the panel containing options is very difficult to read, as it's grey printing on a black background. I have to put on a light in the laundry, then get down on my knees to clearly read the various options if I want to select special features for any cycle. In the store there was good lighting and I think the demonstration machine was lifted up on a platform, so I hadn't noticed that. Also, I paid for delivery with set-up, but on my first wash, the machine began walking away from its location. Obviously the guys hadn't checked that everything was level. It took me quite a while to lever up the machine, adjust the front legs and place it down again, check for level, then lever it up again to firmly tighten the legs in place. As I'm an 81-year-old woman, this wasn't fun! But I did it, and it is now sitting level and works great. Shouldn't have had to do that though. (The reason I didn't get back in touch with Good Guys to complain is that I had no confidence that anyone would take the trouble to do the job right!) If you pay for an installation, insist on trying out a spin cycle containing wet towels before the guys leave!
