A Helping Hand: A dedicated support team will look after any faulty product assessments or repairs and arrange replacements and reimbursements if needed.

Replacement Of Products $500 Or Less: Forget waiting for repairs on small appliances. Just call our team to have the problem assessed and, once confirmed, a replacement product will be organised for you. Simple!

In-Home Repairs: We’ll organise a repairer to come to your place to fix large appliances. And if it can’t be done in your home, we’ll get the appliance transported, fixed, then returned to you as good as new.

Repair Period Guaranteed: If a repair job takes longer than 20 business days from when we inspect or receive it, you’ll be eligible to have the product replaced with an equivalent product. Prefer to continue with the repair? We’ll give you $100 Store Credit instead.

Transferable Service: Selling or giving away your appliance? Transfer the time remaining on your Gold Service Extras to the new owner at no cost.¹

No Lemon Guarantee: If your covered product needs more than two repairs during the life of your plan – you may request an equivalent replacement.²

Essential Appliance Store Credit: We’re usually pretty quick, but if your fridge, washing machine, TV, dishwasher, oven, cooktop or split system air conditioner can’t be fixed within 10 business days of being assessed, we’ll send you $100 Store Credit to say sorry.
