Redeeming your RealCa$h® Bonus is simple. Shop eligible products with RealCa$h® offers and purchase in store, online or by phone. Once collected or delivered follow the steps below to make your claim.

Once your claim is processed you will receive an email from The Good Guys confirming the success of your claim.

Successful claims will receive an email communication from info@realcashpromo.com.au who will arrange the transfer of your RealCa$h® reward.

Follow the prompts from the RealCa$h® email to verify your details and select your preferred method of receiving your RealCa$h® by Digital Visa gift card from True Rewards or EFT transfer.

If you choose EFT transfer you will need to include your bank account details within the redemption page included within a link via your claim email from info@realcashpromo.com.au

True Rewards will process your request and send you a confirmation email. You can expect your RealCa$h® to be transferred within:

  • EFT transfer: please allow 7 - 14 business days
  • Digital Visa gift Card: please allow 7 business days

You will receive a redemption email which will guide you through the process of selecting your preferred method of receiving your RealCa$h® reward. It's another way the Good Guys helps you pay less everyday.

How do I get RealCash cashbacks?

To get Realca$h® you need to purchase an eligible Realca$h® product at The Good Guys, online, over the phone or in store during its promotional period. If you're getting the product delivered or are using Click & Collect to pick up in store, you must also have taken receipt of your item before its nominated end of promotion date. Next, once you have your new product head over to our Claim Offers page and enter your docket or web order number and its date to start your claim process.

 

You'll need to provide some details and confirm that we are allowed to contact you in the future to supply your Realca$h® bonus. Once that's done when the Realca$h® promotional period ends, The Good Guys will send you an email confirming the success of your claim. If you do not receive this email please check your junk mail for an email from info@realcashpromo.com.au.

 

You will also receive an email from our third party provider – True Rewards who will guide you through the process of providing your details and selecting your preferred method of receiving your Realca$h® and arrange the transfer.

 

You can choose between a Digital Visa gift card to your email, that you can use anywhere that accepts Visa OR an EFT transfer direct to your bank account. Please note if you select bank deposit, True Rewards will ask for your banking details.

  • If you select a Digital Visa card this can take 7 business days to arrive in your email's inbox.
  • If you chose a bank transfer this can take 7 to 14 business days to arrive into your banking account from the day you submit your banking details with True Rewards.
