Reinvent roast chicken dinners with the Multi-Phase cooking function. Steaming at the beginning, followed by roasting and then grilling will cook your chook to perfection so it's succulent on the inside and crispy on the outside.

The defrost function heats circulated air to a low 30 degrees for a gentle and even defrosting. It not only retains the natural flavour and colour of food, but so it doesn't accidentally cook in the process.

Combine traditional convection with steam for succulent, perfectly browned roasts, crispy pastries, or use steam or oven alone. Steam gently cooks fish and preserves maximum flavour and nutritional value without the need for seasoning or oil.

Once the cavity has cooled down completely, you can keep your combi oven nice and clean with the aid of the Steam Clean function. Simply wipe residue away with a damp cloth when the cycle has finished.
