My new Westinghouse 10 kg Washing machine was an excellent choice, I love the look, the ability to get most washes done on the 39 or 60 minute Cycles is all I have needed so far. Also, it is much quieter then my old machine.

Got this as my Samsung was playing up, got a great price, struggled a bit to set up (wished I’d paid the extra $30 for set up) but once done worked fantastic, the only thing wrong was the supplied water hose leaked everywhere out of the connection and I ended up having to use the old one. Plenty of different washes, like the quick 39 min wash. Very quiet. Would recommend

Short wash cycles leave soap on the door
For it’s large capacity the overall size of the washing machine is kept rather small which is great. The program finishes with a rather quiet noise, I would appreciate a louder sound. The settings are a bit complicated to use. A 60degree load would wash for close to 3.5hours which I personally find quite long. There is an option to reduce the time however this isn’t just done by pressing a simple button, rather you have to increase the washing time before you can reduce it. There are a 15 Minute, a 45 Minute and a 67 Minute program setting, however all of these short settings leave wash soap on the door even when a smaller amount of wash powder or liquid was used. This is quite frustrating, as extra rinse is not an option with short cycles. Quite frankly I do not like the washing machine very much. I wish I had gotten another model.
