My reason for purchasing this samsung fridge is that modern homes seem to have a slightly larger fridge space. This was the only one at Good Guys which fitted unless you went for really small.

Worst delivery and customer service experience
The fridge is good. But this is the worst delivery and customer service experience i ever had. My fridge was delivered on 20 Aug and the delivery man has dog poop on his shoes and stepped all over my carpet. We have to get the professional vacuum cleaner to clean it and the smell last for at least a day. I have made a complaint right afterwards, then with follow up emails and calls, but still haven't heard any updates for a MONTH now. We would like to have the cleaning cost reimbursed, as well as the delivery fee given the suffering we have to go through.

Too Sleek
Looks great but the handle to open the door is too low so everyone ends up using the side of the door which I anticipate will be forever needing the seal to be cleaned. Also only one drawer, vege? meat?

Great fridge
Love this fridge. Haven’t had a bottom mount fridge before but absolutely love it. So easy to access the veggies drawer at waist height rather than pulling a drawer out at the bottom of the fridge. Also living the pull out freezer drawers which helps keep everything visible and easy to access. The fridge is quiet and aesthetically pleasing in my kitchen.
