Powerful enough for the everyday baker
I have wanted a stand mixer since forever, and finally bought one. I had always had my eyes on the Kitchenaid product, but once I started researching, I realised that there are other more powerful motors out there. However, I went with the Kitchenaid as I figured I probably didn't need a wildly strong motor for what I was cooking. The toughest thing I make is probably pasta which requires lots of kneading of a tough dough, and while it's definitely working hard to do it, she powers through every time - and the pasta is incredible.

The mixer is great but doesn’t mix small quantities well. Very heavy and better to keep on the bench permanently. Love the guard with pouring section.
