Poor service
Dryer is great, but paid for delivery, dryer came damaged/dented, I rang the store who delivered to report it & was basically told they couldn’t help as it was basically my fault for ordering online instead of coming in store. Reported it numerous times online & still have had no response.

I am happy with the dryer but when on auto I would expect it to dry everything. It generally does not It is quiet and dries a significant amount of clothing

My brand new dryer made a high pitched squealing noise when turned on. fisher and Paykel sent out their service man, had to wait a week, he couldn’t fix it. They replaced it another week later. The replacement works well, no problems, I guess I was unlucky but it’s a lot of mucking around and time wasting when this occurs.

I purchased the F&P Sensor Dryer for my mum as her old Sensor Dryer stopped working. She loves her new Sensor Dryer as it saves on time and money. The wall brackets that they give you are different to the old wall brackets that they supplied previously. Also there is a vent on the front of the dryer now too.
