The TV sound not working properly
The TV itself does not work properly. When you turn it on most of the time the sound does not work. After turning it on and off several times the sound finally comes on. We paid the Good Guys for instation. We had to wait almost a week for the installers to install it. At first there was no sound and the installers raised the T V legs and it was working. They were in a hurry. The picture was disrtorted. On inspection we found all of the fittings had not been fully pushed in fully. We pushed them in and the picture works fine now, but we srill the problem with sound.. We are not happy with installation at all. We complained to the store but we havent heard anything. The store would not gve me the contact details of the installers. That was 3 weeks ago. We are long term customers. This the 3rd TV we have purchased off The Good Guys. We would like the installation fixed please.
