Little but good
No. It did not cost a lot. No. It is not the fanciest smart watch on the planet. I do want to be shouting into my wrist and screwing up my face trying to work out what is on the screen. Battery life is excellent. Goes for days. Charges really quickly. I use it for the time, step counter, heart rate and blood oxygen. I don’t want my sleep monitored, thank you. I connect it to blue tooth when I want to update data on my Samsung health app. This has been a game changer in health monitoring. I don’t want all the messages, though so I don’t set it to have them. There is a lot this lovely watch can do. There are plenty of YouTube clips to help. I absolutely love it and could not live without it now because it has made a positive difference in my life. I use it all day every day.
