The picture and sound quality is excellent and it has all tech we need. Set up was simple and my kids love the LG magic remote. We only use movies and generally streaming and it’s perfect.

Great picture quality, love the flexibility of the home screen (app position etc) sound performance is excellent. The scroll on the remote is touchy however once you get used to it, it's a breeze

Terrible choice - should not have listened to the salesman
Cannot advise to avoid LG strongly enough. The user experience is terrible until you disable of the LG Channel (their own streaming service) features. This TV also does not have an optical output for sound, this was one of my must haves. Had done my research before and was ready to buy another brand, but the salesman strongly recommended the LG. I checked the back of the display unit and it had an optical output. What the salesman didn't tell me was that the display unit was a 2025 model. Very poor form by both LG and Good Guys. Rest of the staff were lovely.

Good picture quality and colour is quite vibrant. So far so good. What I don't like is the thumb wheel on the remote, which gets engaged too easily while all I want is to press OK.

I’ve owned quite a few LG TVs over the years and this LG 55-inch QNED 7TB AI Mini LED 4K Smart TV is another great one. It was very easy to set up, basically foolproof, and the menus are simple to work through. The picture quality is excellent, the colours are bright and clear, and the sound is really good for a TV this size. The smart features are easy to use and everything works the way you expect it to. Overall, I’m very happy with it. LG has always been reliable for me, and this TV is no different. Great value, easy to operate, and I’d definitely recommend it.
