Extremely disappointed – screen failed after only 3 months
We purchased this TV on 22 May 2026 and, after only around three months of normal household use, the screen developed a vertical line/defect without any impact, accident or physical damage. The issue appeared suddenly and has progressively become worse over the following days, with the affected area getting larger. A television should reasonably last for years, not develop a significant screen fault after just three months. We have contacted The Good Guys and TCL/Ffalcon and provided photos of the defect. Considering how new the TV is and how quickly the problem developed, we are extremely disappointed with the quality and reliability of this product. I would not recommend this TV based on our experience. A major display problem after such a short period of normal use is simply unacceptable.
