Poorest customer service and a ruined Christmas present
I ordered gas BBQ at the end of November as a Christmas present with intended delivery on the 11Dec. My order was delivered on the 9th of Jan with zero communication from the store. After many emails I received 50$ of store credit. That's how much, in their opinion, a 30-day delay and a ruined Christmas present and party cost.

Great BBQ
Easy to assemble (even for just 1 person) Grills, griddle and warming rack. Feels pretty solid. Easy to light. Super even heat. Great scorch marks if you take the time to let it heat up. Nothing not to like really. Easy delivery. 2 solid guys got it straight in the apartment. Email/text on the day and a call when they were 5 minutes away.
