Poor service from TCL
Overall a great product . Just so happened that the front of one of the drawers in the freezer broke off on the second day of . It took a week of contacting and exchanging information with TCL for them to tell me that it’s been passed on to their team concerning this . I’ve now waited two weeks for a response from them (nothing other than they’ll contact you in the next couple of days each time I’ve contacted them)

Devastating delivery
Product is wonderful but I am devastated by my treatment after delivery men destroyed my gate. I reached a settlement with good guys claims department and almost three weeks later I have received no payment. I am a disabled woman and no one is responding to emails and there appears to be no phone number to call
