Easy to use and program. Lots of options too. Love the airfry/steam option, food came out nice a crispy on the outside but not dry inside, still moist and juicy. Lighter than my last one but taller so you need to check the height of your storage space. Easy to clean, the steam clean does seem to help make it easier to clean after oily/greasier type cooking.

It's good, but...
Based on the marketing material available for the steam fryer, I had higher expectations that the Airfry + Steam would be a 'game-changer' when it comes to cooking chicken, but the results are just ok. The chicken is no juicier with steam than without. The Airfry function on its own isn't as good as other Airfryers and it cooks unevenly even though there is plenty of space in the basket. The touchscreen is also very fiddly and occasionally unresponsive. The Airfryer also has an auto-shutoff which is annoying when you pause it halfway to flip a chicken, and if you take too long to flip it (longer than a minute), the airfryer will automatically shut off and you need to input the remaining cooking time manually rather than it just continuing (I haven't found a workaround for this yet). Steam also escapes from all sides of the machine.

Great versatile kitchen appliance
I didn’t have a steam function on my previous air fryer. It is a great addition to the features of the air fryer. Have used it alone and with the combination stream/air-fryer setting and have had good results with both. There are many more settings I have yet to try but have been extremely happy with this purchase so far.
