The quality of the product is good and solid
It has great sound from the bar, loud and clear, but the 3d effect is not as good as expected. In the testing video, I could not identify the dirction of the sound. When using Qsymphony function, the sound from TV is so weak and bearly can hear it.

Awesome sound user friendly
Originally bought a Hisense sound bar however after setting up subwoofer wouldn't connect and the soundbar itself sounded terrible. Brought it back next day and the assistant at service desk was awesome. She did an exchange and gave with solid advice on this unit. And without asking gave me a discount for my troubles. A++++ service, knowledge and friendliness.
