This Galaxy S25FE was acquired as replacement for an old A-series Galaxy. Compared to the old one theS25FE has a much more substantial solid feel, is noticeably quicker in operation, and faster to charge. Transfer of the Apps, Data, and Page layouts was achieved simply and flawlessly, using the built-in Smart Switch software. Not strictly a product matter but... Hitherto we had always received exemplary service from the Noarlunga Sales staff, and so it was disappointing on this occasion to be met with refusal when we asked whether we could get some help with relocating the SIM from the old phone to the new. (Although we are reasonably tech-savvy, dealing with the tiny SIMs is a bit of a challenge for elderly eyes and fingers.)

Average phone I guess
The Samsung s25 fe is a decent phone to get calls done and emails but it doesn’t work well with big hands as you it slipped out of my hands with its new coating and slow mobile phone app interaction and below average camera. Get it if you’re not bothered about detail but it’s not a great experience for me compared to an iPhone as it tries to improve the experience at the expense of the ability to share files universally.
