The worst dishwasher I have used
This is quite literally the worst dishwasher I have used, do yourself a favour and read reviews on google. It does not clean well, the Cutlery drawer is poorly designed and takes up room, thus you cannot fit normal sized plates in the bottom rack. The dishes never seem to dry properly. I genuinely wish I could return this and get my money back and wish I had kept my cheap dishwasher it replaced as it did a much, much better job.

Disappointed
This washer can lift up the top tray so you can fit your dinner plates in the bottom tray but the problem is then your wine glasses don’t fit in because of the cutlery tray. Very frustrating and I had to take out the cutlery tray altogether. Not impressed and when buying a washer bring a dinner plate and wine glass to check they fit!!

Samsung Dishwasher
After 3 weeks from purchase, the top basket lift /lower mechanism has failed on one side. This results in the gasket dropping to the lower level on the right side when any weight is put in it.. Samsung service agents have promised a new basket, but I fear that the mechanism is inherently weak and of poor design and frankly uneccescary. I think it will fail again.
