easy to use
I had a Tefal steamer previously and it was difficult to hold comfortably and it always spat water out of it, this one is lovely to hold, very comfortable, doesn't spit water out, I bought it to steam my young neighbours ball gown and it did a terrific job on all the layers of ruffles that the frock had! It was a nightmare dress but the steamer made it easy to get it looking good instead of the crumpled mess it started as.

Great design
I'm used to an iron, so this will take a bit of getting used to. But it seems like a good product, handy with 2x sizes of water chambers. For heavier fabrics and a stronger press, I will probably still use an iron.

This steamer looks great and works well, the angled tip gets into where it needs to go. The accessories were a lovely bonus. Definitely won't be pulling out the ironing board very often now! I'll be taking it on an upcoming cruise to keep my outfits looking good
