Great upgrade
Bought this as an upgrade for our older Phillips model. New model works more efficiently at heating. The viewing window is big improvement on being able to see how your cooking is going.

Very convenient for small family
Easy to clean as both of the trays can be taken out. The transparent glass views help to check whether foods are cooked or not. In between beeps reminds us to flip the foods to make it evenly cooked. Very easy to store after use.
