This is my 2nd microwave of this exact model, was so happy they are still in production, it made purchasing a replacement very easy. First one lasted just over 7 years. Prefer the flatbed, very spacious and so easy to use.

A BIT DISAPPOINTING
I was hoping that this microwave oven would be a step up from my old one, but unfortunately it isn't. It's not simple to use, very complicated instructions and often stops in the middle of heating something and goes to 'cool' without me asking it to. So far I've actually avoided using it for this reason. It was quite expensive for a very basic microwave that looks upmarket but is just confusing and erratic.

New product , less features
Bought this Panasonic microwave to replace our previous Panasonic microwave due to rust. Although it is a well made product with the new flat bottom and no carousel a lot of the previous functionality is missing. There is no sensor cooking and can only auto cook up to 400 grams. Youn no longer set cooking time in minutes and seconds as there is no seconds button. Overall a good product but not as good in function as the previous model which seems to be common with a lot of products these days.
