I was disappointed in that I did not receive the microwave that I had ordered. I ordered a white microwave and the one supplied is all black. I cannot read the working dial and the door does not have a button to open, just a pull handle on the side. I would not recommend this microwave to anyone, especially the elderly.

Seems fine . Works well . It was a shame I had to wait a very long time to get the product . Then they messed up the delivery changing the days and still expected me to be home . That was quite annoying .

The unit works well, but we don't like the design. Changing the power is very fiddly, we just leave it on full power and use the timer to adjust the degree of heating. The door closes over most of the settings which makes it difficult to adjust settings. If we were looking again we would look for a machine knobs to adjust time and power.
