HOOD WINKED!!!
Was told I could get an I got hood winked!!! exchange if i had a service technician could resolve the machine causing "hammering unberable sounds" through my water pipes in the walls. The machine is very noisy when running a loud. I ask for a refund - denied, i asked for an exchange- denied. The delivery drivers refused to test the machine as they said its not part of their job yet I paid Gold Service five year warranty to have the machine tested once installed! The hammering noise has affected my mental and physical health. I have End-Stage Multiple Sclerosis with 24/7:NDIS care. Im on a disability support pendion so can not afford to buy another washing machine. Don't buy a 12kgLG washing with 8kg dryer capacity washing combo as you can't dry the same capacity as the washers!

Disappointed
Two in one sounded great but I wasn’t impressed. Clothes come out fluffy unless you dry them… even when you clean after each cycle. Wash and dry takes ages. Machine not stabilised. Had to return as faulty. Going back to just regular separate machines.
