Repeated faults and ongoing downtime
I purchased the Lenovo IdeaPad 5 14" Copilot+ (16GB/512GB) on 25/11/2025 and received it in December. Within a few weeks, the device developed a fault and was replaced by The Good Guys on 6/02/2026. Unfortunately, the replacement unit also failed in less than two months. We returned the laptop again on 19/04/2026. It was only collected on 24/04/2026, and the issue is still under investigation. The biggest concern is not just the repeated faults, but the ongoing downtime. This laptop is used for business, and every day without access directly impacts productivity. I would expect a prompt resolution given this is the second failure in a short period. I will update this review based on how this issue is handled.

The great part of this laptop is the touch screen, tablet mode & the pen for handwriting. The battery has been good so far. It almost lasts 2 school days for my daughter. My daughter just loves the laptop.
