Amazing laptop!
Amazing laptop, does everything I need it to, it’s quick, great for emails and it’s cheap! The fact that it has a touch screen is a bonus! The only thing I dislike about it is the number buttons on the right hand, that’s a personal preference thing. If you need a laptop for simple use, this one is the way to go definitely recommend.

Perfect for the elderly
I bought this laptop for my elderly mother. She mainly browses the web and checks her emails. This computer is perfect for her. It starts up in about 10 seconds and is ready to use. We signed in to her gmail account once and then everything was ready to go. I like that all the security updates and the general updates happen automatically in the background. She does not have to worry about them. The screen is a good size and is very clear. I would recommend this laptop, especially for the elderly.

Got it home and someone was already logged in and we couldn’t get them off, took back to shop and it was obviously not new been reboxed gave us a new one and said sorry not good enough never buy again , pay for brand new and got a used one not even boxed back up properly
