Hoover Pet Steamer
Love it. As a steam mop, it does everything I need it to. I haven't tried the hand held as yet. Cannot wait. I expect the results to be as great. Only wish the tank was a little bigger to cleaner longer before having to refill. Not a bigger though. Great product.

Disappointed, but kept for handheld use
Not as powerful as hoped. It tends to leave a lot of water on the tiles and doesn’t dry as expected, we still follow it with a towel to dry the surfaces so as not to cause a slip hazard. It is lightweight and easy to manoeuvre, and the hand held steamer is useful for other jobs around the house but otherwise underwhelmed as a floor steam cleaner.
