Noisy on spin cycle, not user friendly without the app
Drying function works well (same as other wash/dry combo's, with the benefit of not shrinking your clothes). But the noise it makes on the spin cycle is terrible. It echoes through the whole house. My customer experience with Hisense has been horrible, 11 emails exchanged so far, stupid questions like "have you tried another power point" etc. I sent them a video of the problem, they won't even agree to watch it. Still emailing back and forth. We do find it not very user friendly without the app. The app makes it easier, but it disconnects from the machine after each use. You have to turn on the remote function on the machine every time you want to use the app. I'm usually a fan of Hisense, but not impressed this time sorry.

Great space saver for those that use the dryer only occasionally and have limited laundry area. Cleans the clothes well and very efficiently.

Combo washer
We’ve had this machine for a short time and have already put it through its paces. Hasn’t given us any trouble. Only gripe is you can’t do anything through the app unless you hit a button each time on the actual machine.
