Love my 'Jane'
The produce is good. The instructions are useless. It is ridiculous you get a product and there is a website with problem solving but there is not one section that says....start here...or step 1 etc. Why not I ask? the other thing still yet to work out is how to empty the dust. But it will be worked out but ridiculous it is not easy to work out.
