Good value for money
Like all robot vacs it's not perfect and doesn't completely replace manual cleaning but maintenance cleans are not a problem. When talking to other robot vac owners, some far more expensive that the Deebot N20, all have a similar complaint about them leaving dirt at the junction of hard floors and rugs. It's great that it can be started anytime, anywhere from the app. Initial set up was a bit frustrating and it has lost mapping info and had to re-map the house. I can't say I've tried the mopping function as yet. Overall it's great for maintenance cleaning, wonderful that it empties itself, is bagless and doesn't take too long to charge. It is a huge improvement on the first robot vac I had. As long as you realise it won't completely replace your other vacuum cleaner I would recommend this to others.

Good suction and moves well around the house. Suitable for small house or apartment. Climbs over edges with ease. Easy to set up. I like the auto empty after every vacuum. Overall does a good job.

Good value for money. The suction is pretty good compared to my old one. Easy set up however not good for large house as will need to stop and recharge to complete the job. Overall I’m happy with it.
