Perfect for rental unit
Tenants say it is working well. A big advantage to me is that it did not require cutting the marble benchtop. All solid job products in the Electrolux 60 cm range fit the same cut out, making installation easy and cheaper. The hobs can be reblackened with a special cream every 6 months or so, making them look new again. I do this between tenancies or during inspections. Keeps the product looking new, and the stainless steel is easier to keep clean than a ceramic job, in my opinion. Not much a tenant can do to ruin these hot plates. Great value for the price. This one replaces a previous one that lasted over 12 years.

Took weeks longer than expected to get my new cooktop, then weeks more to find an electrician who would install it without too much further delay. It slotted in to replace the previous one with no adjustment needed to the marble bench. It was quick and easy, and is working perfectly. It is a solid job stainless steel hotplate, perfect for rental properties as there is a cream that can be applied to make them look new and can be applied easily by anyone, keeping it looking great even a decade later.

The best and cheapest cook top ever
I had a Westinghouse cook top and I got the Chef brand and to be honest it works better than the Westinghouse, so thanks to the advice of the Good Guys.
