Decent Cooktop
I would rate this cooktop as average. It works fine for basic cooking needs, but there are a couple of things I didn’t like. The separate black igniter button feels outdated and a bit inconvenient compared to more modern designs. Also, the color on the black trivet started to come off after some use, which was disappointing in terms of durability. If you’re looking for something simple and affordable, it might work for you, but don’t expect premium quality. Overall, it does the job but could definitely be improved in a few areas.

I did not have a good overall experience with this product or business. I was asked to select a date of delivery and the product was not delivered on that date when I was home and was instead delivered the following day when I was not home. I asked for it to then be taken to the closest store which was done but I still had to pay the delivery fee. Then when I had a gas plumber come to fit the stove top it was faulty and not able to be safely installed. I was given a refund but had to pay a call out fee for the gas plumber for no work done. When I took the stove top back to the Tingalpa store the lady made it seem as if I had caused the damage myself. The only positive was when I was communicating with the staff from the Bundall store they were all so very lovely and helpful, unlike the Tingalpa store.

It's hard to comment on the product as it is waiting to be installed.
I'm sure I'm going to enjoy as I have already purchased the range hood and oven which was purchased 4 years ago. Now a set should look good.
