This iron has a lot of great features. it is easy to use, light weight and compact and has a lot of power behind the steam jets. The curved plate at the front end ensures it glides over buttons etc. the only potential negative in my opinion is the open handle at the top. I wish it was open ended at the bottom because a few times when I am steaming I have felt like it could slip out of my hand. if it was open at the bottom that wouldn't happen. This could be problematic for people with poor grip strength.

The iron is light to handle.
Just used this product my issue is that i was not able to iron all my clothes as it just stopped heating up. My question is does it automatically stopped heating for awhile coz i waited but won’t turn on again. The instructions in the box are in foreign language only small English information and can’t even mentioned on what happened or what to do when it stopped from heating up.
