Ok product
It works mostly on the mid back. The lower back motion lingers only for less than a minute. Would be better if there's a control button so massaging motion stays only around the L 4 5 areas.

Does everything it says it will and provides a good, sturdy massage. Does not have an option to change the firmness like some other in this range but not a huge issue
