This model comes with only 2 brushes, and one of them was already bent upon arrival. Other then that it's fine, trying to figure out how to order to replace the bent brush.

Excellent clean
The Roborock does a fantastic job cleaning the floors. They look brilliant and it goes right to the edges. It doesn't have enough battery to do our entire house (typical 3 bed, 1 bath home) in one clean, but it re-docks and finishes once charged which has not been a problem for us. We make sure that there is absolutely nothing on the floor as it has sucked up a sock from under the couch, so object detection might be an issue.

Being a busy working mum I needed something to help me maintain my floors in between vacuuming and mopping. It needed to be user friendly as well. My roborock has exceeded all my expectations... easy to set up, easy to use and more importantly it does an outstanding job vacuuming and mopping. I love that it self washes it's mop pads and then dries them! I am very impressed.

Roborock Robot Vacuum
This vacuum has an Excellent Mopping System it uses twin rotating mop pads plus a dock that washes and dries those pads. This means less manual mop-cleaning, and the mop pads lift automatically when the vacuum detects carpet. Self-Cleaning / Maintenance Features The multifunction dock handles a lot of the upkeep: emptying the dust bin, refilling water, washing mop pads, etc. It reduces the effort required from me. Only need to empty the dirty water and fill the clean water once a week. Strong Suction & Debris Pick-up on Hard Floors On hard floor surfaces, the vacuum performs excellently at picking up fine, medium, and large debris. I don't have carpet so I can't comment on that. Good Battery Life and Run Times Battery works well for me — several hours in Quiet/Balanced cleaning modes. It even treturns to the dock mid cleaning to wash the pads and refill. App & Mapping Features The app is featured with detailed mapping, room division, scheduling etc., which allows customization of cleaning behaviour. The navigation seems reliable, thanks to the LIDAR mapping. Theres lots in there some I haven't accessed yet. “Zero Hair Tangling” Brush Design The vacuum has a brush which is designed to minimise hair tangling. This seems to work well as I have 2 small dogs that don't shed much but I have a daughter that seems to shed a lot of loose hair and eyelashes ;) Good Value in Feature-Rich Tier I googled quite a bit before purchase this QRevo vacuum seemed to come out on top, I got a reasonable deal at the time so went with this one, hasn't let me down so far, offers many high-end features (auto mop lift, mop washing + drying, large dock, mapping etc.) at a lower cost than other top models. Overall, great vacuum, almost set and forget, just have to empty and fill the water, and give it a bit of a clean/wipe down every week.
