Delivered Damaged
NOT ABOUT THE PRODUCT: I have friend with the same TV and I have seen it in action and it is pretty darn impressive. The one I ordered was dumped by disinterested couriers, in a battered box, when installed it was immediately apparent that it had sustained damage at some point & so I contacted TGG immediately & sadly, repeatedly. The first three times I was met with sympathy and promises of assistance and requests to complete a 'damaged good return form', the forth time I refused to complete it again. Each contact was with a different person, requests to speak to the person I had last dealt with went no where, I had to retell my story each & everytime. Until the second week of daily calls/emails when I requested a pick up & refund, then suddenly my complaint was handled over the next few days by the same individual. It took far too long, I was met with way too much indifference and time wasting requests to complete forms again and again, but eventually the damaged TV was collected, the refund was received within 48 hours, and I was able to purchase the same item from a more caring/reputable retailer, who not only delivered, but installed & took away the packaging. TGG have a lot to learn about Customer Service & retention.

Purchased this NANO80A LG 65 inch TV approximately 3 weeks ago from Good Guys Hervey Bay. I am thrilled with my purchase. This television is more than I hoped for. The colour, picture & sound are all wonderful. TV is very easy to navigate. Love the remote with the mouse feature. One of the main things I like about this television is the Apps.
